Palanthas was rebuilt, but the Knights hated Black Robed Wizards in the City. They attacked, were repelled by the Shoikan Grove, and Namara struck a deal that the Black Robes would only stay in the tower if Red Robes and White Robes were allowed free travel in Solamnia. Vinas Solamnus agreed to this deal.
