Ammal Broadcrest (? AC - ? AC) was a skilled carpenter from Palanthas who used his skill in carpentry to help the merchants of the Merchandising District (who paid well for his services) or those who needed his help but couldn't afford to pay him, whether it was a leak that needs patching or a new doorframe or whatever else the poor and the elderly needed fixed. However, the carpentry business was merely a ruse as Ammal was really a member of the Legion of Steel. He used his many jobs around town to eavesdrop on potential troublemakers.
