Balif was the first king of the Kender people, and friend of the Silvanesti Elf Balif. Born Serius Bagfull, he was given the title Longwalker by the Kender people, and took the name Balif upon his coronation. Balif led the Kender on their first Wanderlust and founded the first Kender homeland in eastern Silvanesti.
