Caitiff (? PC - 1791 PC) was an ancient Silvanesti Elf who was a member of the Order of the Black Robes, that was actually an Undead Lich.
Biography[]
During the reign of Emann Quisling, Emperor of Ergoth, Caitiff served as an advisor to the Emperor, while also pursuing his own dark purposes. The power that kept him alive was stored in five soul gems, but Phrygia found them and crushed them in 1800 PC. Caitiff wasn't finally destroyed until his ashes were mixed into holy water in 1791 PC.
Personality and traits[]
When not in the guise of a Silvenest Elf, Caitiff's lich form had two eyes that were nothing more than vacant pits with red motes of unholy fire circling within them. His elven ears were nothing more than nubs, he had high cheekbones that were yellow and foul, and chiseled teeth with no lips to hide them.
