Cephus (ca. ? - ?) was a blue dragon who was only around 88 years old during the War of the Lance. The young blue was chased out from his homelands by his evil kin for not acknowledging other dragons territories. It is unclear if this move was from Ansalon to Taladas, but it is known he dwells in a region of volcanoes.
