The Culthairai Plains was a land located south of the Mirshan Jungle in the Istar Province of the Holy Empire of Istar. This was once a land of its own, but it merged with the city-state of Istar prior to the Third Dragon War. It was known for its farming of oats and many mercenaries would congregate here. The land was destroyed during the Cataclysm but a land by that name still exists in the Age of Despair (possibly western Kothas). Two great villains hail from there: Galan Dracos in the Third Dragon War and General Krynos in the War of the Lance.
