Darin Valcic (? - Frostkolt, 1 PC) was a Knight of the Sword that swore to serve the great Loren Soth. He journied on many adventures with the great Soth, before Lord Soth did the ultimate betrayal.
When Darin saw that Lord Soth wasn't returning to Dargaard Keep in glory, but was fleeing other Knights of Solamnia, he gave the order for the keep to prepare for battle. He then rode out on horseback by himself, to try and stop the Knights that were chasing his lord. This slowed down the knigths from catching Soth and allowing him to slip into Dargaard Keep, even though the knights didn't attack Darin.
Darin Valcic's died and became a skeletal warrior when Lord Soth failed in preventing the Kingpriest of Istar from causing the Cataclysm. Darin burned up in the flames of the Cataclsym and Dargaard Keep.
As a skeletal warrior, he followed the death knight Lord Soth on the attack on Palanthas during the Blue Lady's War. It is unknown what became of him following the Chaos War when Lord Soth was isolated in Nightlund.
