Elendar (? PC - ? PC) was a Silvanesti Elf who served as Speaker of the Stars in Silvanost.
Biography[]
Elendar assumed the title of Speaker of the Stars at close to 200 years of age, and ruled for a time. He was Speaker when the Dargonesti attacked Silvanost, after the battle he took the Dargonesti Queen Uriona as his wife. It is presumed he ceded the title to his nephew shortly after his marriage.

He is a bookish fellow but has a mind for strategy and tactics, and has no problems implementing unorthodox ideas.
