The Emperors of Istar were leaders who led the Empire of Istar. The emperors would lead until the first Kingpriest overthrew the corrupt emperor.

- Lannis (> 574 PC<) was the Emperor during the War of Bones in Istar . How long he served is unknown.
- Vemior (? PC – 280 PC) was the last Emperor that was overthrown by Symeon I, the first Kingpriest.
