Eye-folk was the term used for the residents of the town of Blood Eye. The Eye-folk were sailors and fishermen, who operated a thriving marketplace that sold all manner of fish and seafood in vast quantities. The few Eye-folk who did not charter boats, operated the often rowdy inns and taverns that dotted the harbor of Blood Eye.
