Feleran (? AC - ? AC) was a male Silvanesti Elf that replaced Ylle Savath as the head Lord of House Mystic, a position assigned to him by Belthanos in 349 AC. Feleran was loyal to Belthanos and whilehe was in Silvamori he strongly discouraged liaisons between Silvanesti and Kagonesti Elves for fear of mixed blood.
