Fredresha (? AC - ? AC) was a Silvanesti Elf that grew up in Silvanesti, but was not satisfied. She decided that the elves were weak for their love of Music and poetry, and decided to leave her people in search for something more. While wandering she met a lady who was learned in the martial arts. This impressed Fredresha so much that she decided to learn from her. After having learned martial arts, she returned to the Silvanesti to teach them of her new found discipline and faith.
