Gnoshoshallamarionininillisyylphanitdisdisslishxdie... (? - ? AC) with part of his name meaning "In The Beginning The Gods Created the Gnomes and One of the First They Created Was Named Gnosh I and these are the Notable Events Which Occurred in His Life: He Married Marioninillis...". It is unknown who his parents were, but his Life Quest that was passed on to him was the same as his father and grandfather: He must study a Dragon Orb. His great-great-great-grandmother Gnosh II was the one who claimed to have invented boiling water.

For his age, he was small compared to other gnomes standing only at three feet four inches tall, with quick, erratic movements, dark tan skin, very white hair that was uncut and unkempt standing out in different directions, purple eyes, and a friendly face.

His eyes were always moving as if reading a book, his mind seemed always preoccupied with some sort of calculation, and if a Magic Item was brought to him this would excite him to no end. He would then proceed to test the magical item in any way that he could.

War of the Lance[]

He was a young Gnome during the War of the Lance and promoted to junior executive assistant to the head of Magical Research. The Knights of Solamnia brought to him a real dragon orb to figure out how it worked to defeat the Chromatic Dragons. He immediately had it taken to his examination room on level fifteen, but before he had gone to far into his investigation, Fizban and Tasslehoff Burrfoot arrived. Together they were going to present the information Gnosh had collected on the orb, but before he could do that Tas shatters the orb on the Whitestone. Gnosh fainted dead away.

When he came to, he found just tiny pieces of the orb laying around. He thought he was doomed along with his entire family, but it was brought to his attention that he could now examine it from the inside out. Gnosh then collected 2,687 pieces of the orb, and was able to complete his Life Quest. Following the war, it is unknown what became of him.
