A Handler is a Kender term for what other races term a thief. Usually though, a kender handler will leave behind an item as much as taking an item. The kender also are set in the fact that they will return the item eventually to the owner, but usually get distracted before that can happen. Usually a handler will use such excuses as 'You must have dropped it.' or 'I was just holding it for you.' as a few examples.
