Hollow-Sky (? – 349 AC) was a Human male Qué-Shu Warrior. He was the youngest son of Loreman and had two siblings: Hawker a brother that he admired and Ravenhair.

Biography[]

Early Years[]

When Goldmoon and Hollow-Sky were just children, both of their fathers got together and decided that for political reasons of peace they would have the children grow up together. They became good friends during these years, maybe even lovers, but it didn't last as their fathers had hoped.

So Hollow-Sky began to train with his brother Hawker in the ways of the warrior, and in doing so Hawker was able to manipulate him to dislike all other Qué-Shu. Hollow-Sky would become extremely arrogant, with an ego the size of the rest of his family's.

Courting Goldmoon[]

Hollow-Sky kept up his affections for Goldmoon, trying to woo her into loving him. Goldmoon saw though what he had become, and much to Hollow-Sky's disappointment, she wanted nothing to do with him any longer. So when a ceremony came about for Goldmoon's godhood, Hollow-Sky leapt at the chance to sabotage the other warrior's weapons so Hawker and himself could take her to the Qué-Shu's Hall of the Sleeping Spirits. This venture failed though, and a young hunter named Riverwind beat Hawker allowing both Hollow-Sky and Riverwind to accompany her there.

Before they left on the dangerous journey, Loreman told Hollow-Sky to kill her so that their family could take over the tribe. Hollow-Sky instead plotted to drug Riverwind and drag her off to the nearby Qué-Kiri tribe and have a forced marriage. Goldmoon though stabs Hollow-Sky in the leg, and his momentum sent him falling off a cliff to his death.

Hollow-Sky the Spirit[]

Even though he died, Hollow-Sky's spirit still roamed Ansalon for a time, even briefly appearing before Riverwind during his Courting Quest. His spirit stayed mainly around the Hall of the Sleeping Spirits or near Qué-Shu, tormenting travelers and shepherds.

Kender Tales[]

It was once said that Hollow-Sky was his eldest son of Loreman, but Hawker was the oldest son.
