The Inn of the Broken Shield was an inn located in the White District of the city of Neraka. Also known as The Broken Shield Inn, the inn is one of the oldest, and largest, buildings in Neraka, starting out as a one room Tavern, but quickly added more rooms, becoming an Inn and a Boarding House.
The design of the inn is quite lacking, new structures being added on when needed with the materials at hand. It eventually resembled a bunch of wooden blocks, stacked haphazardly together. At least 16 rooms are available to those who want to stay overnight or indefinitely.
Talent Orren was the owner of the inn and is the leader of the resistance movement called Hidden Light. May of the laborers that come there are actually Orren's bodyguards as this is the base of his operations in the city. There was a secret trap door behind the bar that leads to a meeting room under the bar that can hold over a hundred of his followers in it. From there, it can lead to the Undercity of Neraka.
