Ishknut (? AC - ? AC) was a male Human who was a renowned ranger during the latter part of the Age of Despair. Ishknut was unable to read, but could fluently speak any language of any of the peoples of Northern Hosk, due to his extensive travelling. The ranger was originally born in the Panak Desert, but travelled broadly, particularly spending large parts of his time in The Tamire.
A human from the Ice People of the Panak Desert in Northern Hosk of Taladas, Ishknut is a ranger known through out most of Northern Hosk for his skills as well as his unusual traveling companions, Tolaqua the ogre and the goblin twins Phrycc and Phracc. He is a wanderer and explorer, but has only been to one town (and didn't like it), cannot read or write (but speaks most languages in Northern Hosk), he has no interest in anything "civilized", and dislikes being underground. His favored enemy is the thanoi, but has little love for any evil creature. Ishknut is friendly and seemingly trusting, but always has an escape plan in mind.
Ishknut was open and cheerful to most, but was secretly watchful and cautious at all times. He often travelled with some curious companions he picked up on his travels, most notably the Goblin twins Phrycc and Phracc, and the Abaqua Ogre Tolaqua.
