Jotan is a large village in the nation of Nordmaar, which is located northeast of Pentar and southwest of Unger. The village is inhabited by the Netzalic tribe and even though it has a trade road running to the larger settlement of Pentar, it has few dealings with other settlements not of the Netzalic tribe.
During the Age of Despair, Jotan was raided by the Red Dragonarmy, however the wily Netzalic tribe were able to flee into the Sahket Jungle when needed, eluding most of the raiders.
