Kammerin Half-Elven (? AC - ? AC), or Kam for short, was a prisoner during the War of the Lance that became friends with the dragon Crucible, and eventually became the Sanction Harbor Master.
War of the Lance[]
During the War of the Lance, he was a slave in the center of the Dragonarmies realm in Sanction. Here he mainly kept to himself away from the other prisoners until one day a new prisoner was thrown half dead into his cell. Kam was the only one that offer this new prisoner, Hogan Bight, some of his water. They quickly became friends, and eventually Hogan, who was actually the dragon Crucible, told him it was time for them to escape when Hogan saw the dragon Firestorm.
The two of them escaped, and Firestorm gave chase. Eventually the two of them arrived below the city of Sanction, where the Shadowpeople dwell, and that is where she caught up to them. As Hogan and Firestorm were about to confront each othere, one of the Shadowpeople took Kam away from the huge fight that took place. Kam learned that the Shadowpeople needed help, and only the dragon Crucible could help them if he won. Crucible did win, and Kam saw what his friend really was. He asked Crucible why he saved him, and his response was that he was the only one that shared his water. Crucible told Kam he would return someday, but for now they had to escape. They made their way out of the tunnels, and Kam went his own way.
Age of Mortals[]
Following the Chaos War, Kam made his way back to Sanction, having heard Hogan was now in charge of the city. He found the dragon in human form of Hogan on the docks. Kam said "These docks are a disaster. What do you intend to do about it." The Lord of the city made Kam the Sanction Harbor Master that day.
