Kedurach Takalurion (ca. 1793 PC) was the second Speaker of the Moon and the ruler of the Dargonesti city of Watermere. The brother of the first speaker Drudarch Takalurion, Kedurach had four daughters and ruled his kingdom during a time of relative peace. His fourth and youngest daughter was Uriona, who would ultimately leave his kingdom and found her own city Urione.
