The Kendermore City Hall, or simply known as City Hall, is the head goverment building in Kendermore. This is where the Kendermore Council meets, and the Mayor of Kendermore sits upon his Bench of Authority. Built sometime prior to 246 AC, this is a four story tall building is located in the center of the city with a road leading right up to the western wall. It has many rooms in it that houses all the city's public works and government offices. As you climb higher up the building, the less and less done the building looks.
The first floor contains two grand ball rooms, with anything of value long been stripped from it. The second floor contains the council chamber, and is basically done except for one of the exterior walls of the council chamber missing. The third floor has rooms, but none of those rooms have any doors, while the fourth floor is mostly exposed beams, window frames, and the occasional interior wall.
When the city hall was first built, there was no central staircase, but ten years after the building was built, an interior stairway spiraled upward in an ever decreasing circle.
