Lozlan (? AC - 370 AC) was a male Lozlanian human that was a Black Robe mage. He had eye that glowed red, face exceedingly wrinkled, and had a beard.
In 353 AC, Moin Rankel came to him and asked for his help to stop a gold dragon from destroying their village. He agreed if they renamed the village to Lozlania and they would pay 60% in taxes a year to him. Moin Rankel agreed, and they set up a trap that captured the gold dragon and killed her. For the next seventeen years, Lozlan protected the town and gained their taxes.
By 370 AC, time was not kind to him during that time, and his wrinkles twisted his facial features so much he doesn't look human anymore. Moin Rankel introduced Lozlan to Aureal, and while the mage was looking at the bard, Moin Rankel stabbed him through the chest with his sword killing him. His last word was to call Moin Rankel a "Fool".
