Post War of Souls

Markwur-Sal managed to attach a Turbidus Leech to the leader of the Dargonesti Elf village of Surf. Eventually he managed to place the leaches on the rest of the village and moved into the abandoned Coral Citadel. He invited some Kuo-toa to serve him there and an Aboleth named Oxpachta for additional council. Markwur-Sal is obligated to build a temple to his goddess in Ogrebond, but he has been putting off setting his attentions to the surface.
