Nulph Bulp (? - ? AC) was an Aghar Dwarf leader of the Bulp Clan. One night while in a drunken stupor, he stumbled upon a shaft and promptly fell down it. When he caim to, he found a city of ruins below the ground which was Xak Tsaroth. Nulph promptly claimed the ruins for the Bulp Clan. In later years, the Slud Clan and the Glup Clan was allowed to move in to the lands he founded.
