Old City is the name that refers to the central part of Palanthas, which includes the Central Plaza, the Palanthas Trade Exchange, the wealthiest part of Nobles' Hill, the Great Library of Palanthas, and the Shoikan Grove as well as residential areas. It is surrounded by the Old City Wall, which is an ancient fortification built during the Age of Might by Dwarven engineers.
