One-Eyed Kate's Fish Market is the only place in Palanthas can one find as varied a collection of fresh fish as in One-Eyed Kate's Fish Market. Located in a massive warehouse, this shop, or rather its owner, is said to be associated with some shady organization. You can recognize the shop by the sign in front of it that has a large fish with only one eye.
