Phracc (? AC - ? AC) was a male Goblin and one of the Wretched Ones, who originally hailed from the Ilquar Mountains. The small goblin is the twin brother of Phrycc, and both twins are essentially good creatures, a rarity amongst their kind. During one of his travels, the Human ranger Ishknut met the goblin twins and befriended them. The pair consider Ishknut one of their only true friends in the world and are totally devoted to the ranger. They are mischievious tricksters, who consider almost everyone both stupid and irritating.
