The Prophet of Majere is a follower of the god Majere, who is recognized as the mortal leader of all the Monks of Majere on Ansalon. The Prophet is selected by the god from amongst his existing followers, and receives dreams and questions from the god until they achieve a form of divine wisdom and close bond with Majere.
The Prophet contacts the heads of all the monasteries across Ansalon twice a year, to ensure there is unity in the teachings of the monks.
