Pugio (23 PC - ?) was a male Istaran human that was a thief and childhood friend to Vincus Uth Vaananen in the summer of 3 PC. He had a long purple scar laced jaggedly across his right forearm. At the age of twenty, he looked like he was sixty in age due to his hard life. Pugio, along with his thief companions Anguis and Ultion, attempted to recapture Vincus but failed. Forever ending his and Vincus' friendship.
