Lord Rateliff (?PC -?PC) was a male Human Solamnic Knight of the Order of the Rose and had also attained the rank of High Warrior. He presided over the trial of Loren Soth for the murder of his wife. When Soth escaped he lead the group of knights who attacked the keep during the Siege of Dargaard.
