The Scroll of Stellar Path is your typical scroll, and has the Magic Spells Limited Wish or Wish in them. When a Mage from the Towers of High Sorcery were to read this scroll, he or she temporarily moves one of the three moons to High Sanction. By doing this, the moon of their alignment gives them greater access to more magic. This is heightened even more when one of the two other moons are in High Sanction.
