The Sinthal-Elish, sometimes mistakenly spelled Sinthel-Elish, called the "Silvanos Council" was the first meeting of the elven clans in a high counsel, called upon by Silvanos Goldeneye in 4000 PC. They agreed to leave their ancestral homeland to form the nation of Silvanesti. Some chose not to join, and remained wild as the Kagonesti Elves.
After the nation of Silvanesti was formed, the Sinthal-Elish became an advisory counsel to the Speaker of the Stars and its members were the Householders of the different elven houses.
