The Synod are a mysterious race that exists through the kelp of Hygant Forest. When the brathnoc entered the forest and discovered the kelp had a calming affect the Synod touched their thoughts and taught them empathy. By 416 AC, they led the brathnoc of Hygant city. They hear and speak through one brathnoc elder also named Brathnoc. When they speak through the elder their voices sound floral.
