Telgran (? AC - ? AC) is a male Silvanaes Elf who has is the owner and proprietor of the tavern, Telgran's Dive. Telgran was exiled by his people as a dark elf for some dark act in his past, and made his way to the city of Kristophan, where he established his own tavern in the wharf area.
The elf has been involved in all manner of criminal activities, and has a gang that serve him, that rivals those of the Upright Men. Telgran is loosely known as one of the fiercest men in the wharf area of the city, he has a healthy working relationship with the Saiones, which keeps them out of his tavern and from closing him down.
