The Dinghy is a ramshackle inn that was formed around an overturned boat that was blown ashore in New Ports during a storm. The interior of the inn had minimal furniture, with no tables of chairs inside. Patrons could either sit on vegetable crates or lean on the rotting timbers of the makeshift bar.
Cracks in the hull of the old vessel provided the only light, since there were no windows either. The bar was generally only frequented by those who couldn't get a drink from anywhere else.
