The Eternal Halls is located on the fifth level of the High Clerist's Tower. These halls guard the treasury of the Tower and is a huge maze. There are no locks on the doors here and a person is teleported from ten-foot section of flooring to another. Once you figure out the maze, you are able to enter the treasury.
