A mere fifty feet from the Shoikan Grove in Palanthas lies the only shop in the entire neighborhood. It is named The Third Eye and if you ever want to know about your future, this is the place to visit. The shop is owned by a young female Minotaur named Soothtongue and it is said her predictions are never wrong.
