The Whetstone - During the Dark Knight reign of Palanthas, owning and selling any weapon of war was illegal. In spite of this, some Palanthians specialized in selling contraband weapons. The Whetstone, owned by a former sorcerer named Laslo Reaver, was the place to come to if you lived in Old City and needed your blades sharpened.
