Thonvil is the largest village in the DiThon Fiefdom, on the southern shore of Northern Ergoth. The village was founded after the Cataclysm and still stood during the War of the Lance. Castle DiThon is visible from the village. Thonvil is filled with wattle-and-daub houses. Most have gardens and fences for personal livestock.
History[]
The founding of Thonvil is undocumented. Around 300 AC the village was prosperous under the lordship of Rejik DiThon. It's fortunes diminished under his heir Cormac DiThon until it hit bottom during the Medusa Plague (Disease) of 346 AC. When lordship passed to his heir Bram DiThon, the DiThon Fiefdom made a miraculous recovery that was rumored to be attributable to local fairies.

Kender Tales[]
- Many maps show a reasonable distance from Thonvil to Castle DiThon, but Defenders of Magic (Series) says they are very close to each other.
- Many maps show "The Monolith" and Hillfort to be east of Thonvil, but the Defenders of Magic (Series) says they are west of Thonvil "across the moors".
