Ticklefoot Sunflower (? PC - ? PC) was a male Hyloan Kender Cleric of Mishakal. In 123 PC, Ticklefoot declared that he was Kingpriest of Kenderhome. A Istaran cleric flogged the kender for doing so. Ticklefoot then had all Istaran clerics exiled from Hylo, believing that they couldn't truly be holy men. The Istarans then asked the Knights of Solamnia to invade the "hostile" country. Records show that they agreed to do so in the spring, but no action was taken when that time came.
