Torug Tegin (? AC – 424 AC) was a male Uigan Human who was the Tegin of the Ten Arrows Clan of the Uigan. Torug was described as a tall mountain of a man, who bore a long beard, and was considered a brute. The Tegin often wore a mail coat and the pelt of a griffin as a cloak.
In 424 AC, following the death of Krogan Boyla, Torug made a claim to be the next Boyla alongside Chovuk Tegin. Torug scoffed at Chovuk's claim to make war on the Imperial League, advising it would bring about the destruction of the Uigan. Chovuk responded by calling him a coward, an act that enraged Torug and caused him to challenge Chovuk to a duel. The Tenachai of the two Tegins were forced to fight as well, and when Hult defeated Fox, Torug struck Hult down.
However Chovuk then transformed into a Steppe-tiger, bore Torug to the ground, and then ripped his rival to pieces.
