The Tower of the Stars is the seat of power for the elven nation of Silvanesti. Located in Silvanost, just to the east of the Garden of Astarin, the tower is made of crystal in the shape of a spire with gem stones embedded into it causing the tower to sparkle at night. It is by far the most dominant structure in Silvanost. Prior to the Cataclysm, gold was in high demand, and for that some of the lower railings on the tower are made of gold, some are made of marble, but most railing is made of steel. There are silver wall-brackets for torches, and several libraries within. Hidden beneath the tower is a hidden dungeon that wasn't meant to hold prisoners, but Lorac kept the dragon orb here.
The Emerald Throne sits within, nine steps from the floor, from which the Speaker of the Stars rules his elven nation of Silvanesti.
History[]
War of the Lance[]
The Tower suffered worst during Lorac's Nightmare. Turrets were broken off, the walls cracked inside and out, and inlaid gems fell out of the tower and were scattered on the ground. After the cleansing of Silvanesti, all the imperfections were fixed by elven wizards.
Post War of Souls[]
Following the War of Souls, the Tower of the Stars is firmly in the Minotaur Empire's grasp, as they conquered and now rule the elven nation. The tower still stands, but the minotaurs us it for another reason.
