Vision Partisans are Knights of Neraka who gain great abilities from a deep personal belief in the Vision. Other Knights look upon Vision partisans from anything from a role model to a zealot since they have a strong personal belief in Takhisis and the Vision. In order to become a Vision partisan, a Dark Knight must have spent a lot of time in deep study of the Vision, and how he/she may apply it to his or her own personal life. They must also have studied the Dark Knight founder Ariakan, and know his history. A Vision partisan is usually the one to lead a charge in a battle, and have the backing of the Knights of the Skull.
The group was at its highest membership during the Age of Despair, but with the ending of the Chaos War, more and more Dark Knights no longer believed in the Vision. They were at the lowest levels up until the War of Souls, but slowly membership has been gaining with Lord of the Night Baltasar Rennold pushing for knights to follow the Vision closely again. Vision partisans tend to like to work together in pairs or alone, rather than those who don't believe in the Vision.
