The Weya-Lu Tribe is one of the tribes of the Nomads of Khur, and their lands lie in the northwest of Khur, set between Kortal and Khuri-Khan. A large and independent tribe, the Weya-Lu were long known as an honorable foe who were strongly opposed to the corrupt Khur Tribe. The ancestral city of the tribe was Delphon, and their tribal totem was the hawk.
The tribe was first formed by Weya-Lu, second son of the great chieftain Keja. In more contemporary times, the tribe mistakenly blamed the Elves for a slaughter on a Weya-Lu settlement, in which a large number of Weya-Lu women and children were killed. The tribe pursued the elves across the sands of Khur, led by the Weyadan, in a quest for vengeance. The Weyadan had the other tribes join them in expelling the foreigners from their land, however the Weya-Lu were ultimately repulsed by the elves and their Weyadan killed. The survivors of the Weya-Lu returned to their tribal lands in the northwest of Khur.
