The White Sanction is a meeting between all the Speakers of the Blood and the Speaker of the Moon. It occurs every thirty-six days during Solinari's high sanction in Takaluras. It lasts for six days then has two days of partying and religious activities. During the White Sanction cross clan disputes are settled and relations with other races are discussed. The Speaker of the Moon always has final say and the ability to over throw all decisions.
